Why in Bosnia Herzegovina?

About of Bosnia and Herzegovina noone talk anymore. Noone talk about the problems of the Bosnian population after the civil war that has bloodied this beautiful country.

The wounds of war are still open…
In Bosnia, the refugees are still thousands. They still live in refugee camps, far from cities, sometimes without running water, and often their home is a container.

The trauma of the war, after a long period of communist dictatorship, have generate in many people a long post-traumatic stress, that presenting with alcoholism, domestic violence, inability to take responsibility for themselves and their families.

Being orphaned or displaced or elderly in a country with few prospects for a better future means they have no hope in the future and especially generalized apathy.

The association aims with small projects to offer to those we meet, the hope for the future.
